In a pot with abundant boiling water, cook the gnocchi until they float to the surface.
Sauté the pasta with GALLO tomato sauce. Season to taste.
Serve the gnocchi on a plate and decorate with chopped basil leaves and coriander.
Serve with grated parmesan to taste.
