Gallo pajaritas

Mango

Avocado

Virgin olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt. Set aside, cool with cold water and add a little oil so it does not stick.

Step 2

Cut the mango and avocado into small cubes and set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl serve the pasta and decorate with mango and avocado. Dress with oil and vinegar. Season to taste.
