1 package of Spaghetti No.3
1 jar of Carbonara sauce
100 g of bacon
Oil
Salt
Ground black pepper
Fresh parsley
Grated parmesan cheese
Boil the Spaghetti No. 3 in a saucepan following the package instructions. Strain and save a little cooking water.
In the same saucepan sauté the bacon. Add the pasta and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the carbonara sauce.
Mix gently and add a little of the cooking water. Finish with chopped fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese to taste.
