Spaghetti with curry vegetables

and hake fillet



400 g of Gallo spaghetti

4 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of parsley, chopped

Spicy chili pepper

Olive oil and salt


Step 1

Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cook the finely chopped garlic cloves over a low heat with 4 tablespoons of oil until golden.

Step 3

When golden, add the strained pasta, chili pepper and chopped parsley.

Step 4

Sauté everything, season and serve.
