Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water.|In a pan sauté the finely chopped onion.
Once the onion is cooked add the mushrooms and cream.
Let the cream reduce to half its volume.
Add the pasta to the sauce.
Place the pasta on an oven-safe tray, cover with cheese and grill in the oven.
