1 salmon fillet

Broccoli

Raisins

Pine nuts

Salt

Oil

Pepper

Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Cook the broccoli. Season the salmon fillet.

Step 3

In a hot pan, add oil and cook the salmon.

Step 4

In a pasta bowl, add the broccoli, salmon, raisins and pine nuts.

Step 5

Dress to taste.
