Ingredients

Half a package of Gallo Tomato and Spinach Hélices for salads

150 g of chicken breast

1 avocado, chopped into cubes

1 lemon

1 apple

1 stick of celery

1 spring onion (white part)

1 natural yoghurt

Zest of 1 lemon

1 spring onion (green part)

A pinch of salt

Ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the pasta following the package instructions. Strain and dress with olive oil and salt.

Step 2

Dice the chicken and cook until golden. Mix with the pasta and the other ingredients for the salad.

Step 3

Prepare a dressing mixing all the ingredients. The salad is now ready to eat or to save in a Tupperware for later.
