Ingredients

Garlic shoots

sliced 90g of ham cubes

Gallo 100% pea pasta

Chopped mint

Fresh or cured cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Fry the finely sliced garlic shoots in a frying pan, after 4 minutes add the ham and sauté.

Step 2

Boil the pasta, strain it and add it to the frying pan with a little fresh chopped mint, mix well.

Step 3

Top it off with some cheese, fresh or cured, you decide.
