Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil

125 g of bacon strips

One chopped garlic clove

250 g of chopped spinach

Chickpea Espirales

One hard-boiled egg

15 g of toasted pine nuts

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put oil in a frying pan, and add the bacon strips and chopped garlic

Step 2

Cook until golden and add the chopped spinach.

Step 3

Continue cooking for a few minutes and season to taste.

Step 4

Boil the pasta, strain it and add the sauce you have prepared.

Step 5

Decorate with a hard-boiled egg and toasted pine nuts.
