1/2 teaspoon of salt
tomato sauce
10 g of brewer's yeast
olive oil
pizza toppings
In a bowl, add 250 of mixture and brewer's yeast (10g)
Slowly add the water and knead for 5-10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
If the dough is sticky, grease your hands with oil. Leave the dough to rise for 2 hours covered with a damp cloth or kitchen film.
Roll out the dough on an oiled baking sheet or covered with baking paper. Leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
Fill with tomato sauce and ingredients of your choice.
Bake in a preheated oven at 270° C for about 15 minutes. (Cooking may vary depending on the oven.)
