Ingredients

Gallo no. 6 plumas

Baby broccoli

1 garlic clove

Sausage

Parmesan cheese, grated

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta in abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 7 minutes.

Step 2

In a pan add a tablespoon of oil and fry the sausage. Once it is cooked, slice to desired thickness. Set aside.

Step 3

In a pan sauté the sliced garlic with the baby broccoli. Remove the garlic.

Step 4

Sauté all ingredients together with a tablespoon of oil and season to taste.

Step 5

Serve on a plate and top with grated parmesan cheese to taste.
