Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mix 130 g of butter with 200 g of sugar.

Step 2

Then add the eggs, one at a time, 250 g of mix mille using and the milk.

Step 3

Work the dough with an electric mixer or a wooden spoon, until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a greased pan or covered with parchment paper, bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 25- 30 minutes. (Cooking may vary depending on the oven).

Step 5

To taste, sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
