Wholemeal muffins

with blueberries and/or raisins

Ingredients

210 g of GALLO WHOLEMEAL flour

60 g of whole milk

2 large eggs

175 g of sunflower oil

175 g of sugar

1 sachet of baking powder Royal

80 g of blueberries and/or raisins, without seeds

A pinch of salt

1 small teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the flour, salt, cinnamon and Royal baking powder and set aside.

Step 2

Soak the raisins in warm water for 30 minutes.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat the egg, sugar and milk until foamy. Add the oil and whisk until perfectly mixed.

Step 4

Sift the flour mixture into the egg and beat everything until you get a smooth batter, with no lumps.

Step 5

Then add the raisins.

Step 6

Mix well and pour the batter into the moulds.

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 190ºC on the top and bottom setting.

Step 8

Bake in the heated oven for 15 minutes.
