Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 lemon

187 ml of milk

250 g of Gallo Gluten-free Flour Mix

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor mix: 250 g of Gallo Glute-free Flour Mix, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Step 2

Pour 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into the milk. Let the milk curdle and form something similar to sour cream.

Step 3

Add the milk to the flour and knead by hand.

Step 4

Bake at 200ºC for 30 minutes. Optional: let it sit for 30 minutes.
